It’s November tomorrow,  October has been an odd month, busy, but lots of people arriving late due to traffic, much more than normal, in all my years of doing this I have never had this amount of people running late, it’s like a years worth of lateness in one month, so hopefully this coming month will be better.  Just a reminder to check traffic before you leave (especially if coming via Bracknell/Reading), and leave enough time to get to me, I hate cancelling sessions, but I have to do it if your running really late.

This week

Availability

I am around all this week, but wrote today off, no one would want to come due to the traffic and terrible problems with the trains due to the storm.  Although where I am based you would not have known there was one, no damage or fallen trees thank goodness, the noise did wake me up at one point but that was it.

Another reminder, please allow lots of extra time if you are coming through Bracknell to get to me, I have had to cancel sessions this month due to people arriving so late that I can no longer fit them in, and it’s always people travelling through that area.  Check the traffic reports before you leave:)

Phone back on at last, availability

I am not working on Friday 4th October, but back to normal from Saturday 5th, feel free to call me from 7am if you want to see me.  I am around all this weekend, Saturday until 6pm and all day Sunday, and I am free all next week.

My phone is back on now, just after 10pm, 02 seemed to have fixed the fault.  I could not receive calls all day, so sorry to all those who tried to book me and couldn’t get hold of me.

Time Off

Availability

After a very busy month I have decided to take a few days off, from Thursday 26th of September until Monday 30th.  I am back and working again from October 1st and my phone will be on from 7am.  Apologies this blog went up late, but I had set it to publish in advance and did not set it up to do it properly (opps).  People do comment to me that I rarely seem to take time off, which is true, probably in a normal year I take off 2 weeks, one in the summer and a few days over Christmas, and maybe a long weekend somewhere.  Having been self employed my whole adult life, I cant imagine what it is like to get 4 weeks a year holiday when you work for a firm, so I am used to it.

Anyway I will be back and ready on the 1st of October 🙂 refreshed and ready to punish as usual.

More Notice + Availability This Week

Availability, New Equipment

I have had a few people try and book me with 30 minutes or less notice this week, although I can sometimes do this, to avoid being disappointed, please give me as much notice as you can.

I popped out to Guildford today, for 2 and a bit hours, and that’s exactly when my phone started to ring with last minute appointments, if I had known earlier I could have re-arranged things and been available.  So much for a pleasurable shopping trip though, the weather was horrible and I could not wait to get home, then I tripped up on the way back home on the wet pavement ruining a brand new pair of trousers agghhh, I should have just stayed at home in the dry and warm.

Availability : I am free this coming week and this weekend, Saturday 14th until 6pm, my phone will be on as usual from 7am .

September Availability

Availability, New Equipment

I cant believe I am writing about my availability for September, I don’t want to think about Autumn yet.  August is always a very busy month for me and it has been great and very busy.  I have spent the morning making the most of amazing weather, I cant remember a summer like this for years.

My availability for September is good, there are two days where I have limited availability, I am not available on the 3rd until about 2pm, and on the 5th free from 1pm.  All other days so far are clear.

I will be having a few days off probably end of October, but not sure of the dates at the moment, so will write about that mid next month, when it is all confirmed.
